Okay, that sounds hard to argue against… Except, what do you tend to do when you want to lose weight?
We're betting it's just the same stuff as you did last time (with some slight differences, like the name of the diet or the 'celebrity' who is endorsing it).
But essentially, it's the same thing. So, let's admit that, since it didn't work last time, there's no reason why it should be different this time around.
So if you're not to do the same stuff all over again, what can you do that's different (and, more to the point, what can you do that works)?
Well, it's a good idea when ordering a new car to discuss the options first. Same goes for weight loss programs… You need to know: what are the choices?
